2. How can I be sure that I really booked the holiday home?

After your booking a confirmation window with your booking number will appear.  At the same time you will receive a confirmation from Holistay on your e-mail address. After about 2 days you will receive the written confirmation from the tour operator.

In case you did not receive any confirmation from your tour operator, please contact us via e-mail, our hotline or our prepared contact form.
